Taranaki born and raised, Thomas likes that he gets to live in his home province and work for a company with other like minded people.

His love for being an Electrician came one year when he was putting up Christmas lights for the family and someone suggested that he should become an Electrician.  He decided that it sounded like a great idea (given he liked electronics anyway) and did some work experience, finding that it was in fact what he wanted to do.

He has worked for Rapid Wire for over 10 years now, and likes the family aspect of the company (especially after welcoming his baby girl into his own family this year).

No day is the same for him, he could be installing solar panels, crawling through ceiling cavities doing home ventilation, wiring a new house or helping someone complete their home renovation.  But no matter what the job one thing is for certain, Tom will leave the site tidy with work carried out to a high standard.
